I'm a big Howie lover and completely addicted to slash with him. I know that there are people that can't see him in a sexual way - well, I most certainly do! *g* And since het (heterosexual fan fiction) just doesn't float my boat where BSB are concerned (ugh, the Mary Sues!), my passion belongs to slash since I discovered it in the fall of 2001.

You don't know what slash is? Well, in short it's fiction where men (or, although rarely, women) are described in same sex relationships, both sexual and romantic. In case of Howie and the other Backstreet Boys this means that us writers use their public personae as characters in our fics - this is called RPS, real person slash, and many people don't like it. That's completely okay with me - but for me, real person fiction simply means writing down fantasies I have, purely for fun. Most slash writers are women, btw, so I'm not alone... ;)

Okay, enough of that - back to the reasons for yet another Backstreet clique...
I'm on countless slash lists and I've noticed that many people don't slash Howie - although recently several new writers have appeared, which makes me very happy as you can imagine! So I thought that, since I'm addicted to cliques and think that they're a great way of making the net appear a bit less anonymous, I'd build one myself. Because another one of my countless addiction (all legal and not damaging to my health *g*) is designing web sites. I'm not good and I don't know any html - but it's more fun than studying... lol

This layout (v.2 purple world) has been inspired by Howie's love for purple, and the lyrics used are from Nick Carter's beautiful song "Who Needs the World" - my SweetKaos theme song. ;)
